How therapy helps

In the current times now more than ever anxiety, stress or worries about relationships, the future or work environments can get you down. Feeling lonely and unable to talk to friends or family about your feelings can be isolating, do they really understand, or perhaps you have a problem that you do not want to share with loved ones.   

 

Whatever your needs may be, we can work through them together with my support you can achieve the strategies to help you move forwards on the journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Therapy is a process to assist you in all these areas.

Personal change can be swift or slow dependent on many factors, including personal motivation, the severity and complexity of the problem and how ambitious your goals are.

What will happen

Each session is your forum to discuss your problems, you can discuss and describe the situation that is causing you anxiety or distress in a safe environment, together we will build strategies that will enable you to move forward.
