Individual Counselling Sessions

With these sessions it will be me and you, I can offer you a warm, non-judgemental and safe environment to help you explore your problems. Together we will work through your problems with congruence and empathy. Valuing all that you bring to the sessions. From our sessions my aim is to assist you in building your confidence, independence, trust and strategies to move forward.
Individual Video Counselling Sessions

Due to the current circumstances, or for any other reasons I am happy to offer you individual video counselling - again these will be confidential as above.
Walk and Talk Counselling Sessions
£45
Walk and talk sessions are a perfect alternative if anxiety or any other conditions prevent you from meeting in an environment that makes you feel uneasy. Walking and talking allows you to breathe, exercise and be aware of your surroundings to enable a therapeutic approach to counselling.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours If you are unable to attend our session and provide me with more than 48 hours notice, there is no charge and we can simply re-arrange our session. However, any sessions cancelled within the 48 hour notice period will be charged at the full session fee.
